1. Where can we ship the product to?

In Europe we deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

2. How long will it take to receive the package and how can you track it?

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the goods by any date agreed with us. If no date is specified, shipping will be processed within 1 business day after we accept your order, and the goods will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information.

3. What happens if you receive the wrong product?

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, or you notice discrepancies in quantity or quality between the delivered product(s) and their specification in the corresponding order confirmation or invoice, please take clear photos of the situation and contact our customer service within 3 business days of receiving the good(s). We will conduct an investigation and make every reasonable effort to assist you in resolving the issue.

NOTE: If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged when signing for the package, please note the description of the damage on the logistics receipt so that we can claim the damage on your behalf.

 

4. In case of unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. adverse weather conditions, unforeseeable delays due to traffic jams, road construction, diversions or machinery breakdowns, unforeseen production delays, delays by third-party providers, each being beyond our reasonable control), we may not be able to deliver the goods within these deadlines, and we are not liable for delays or non-delivery of the goods if the delay or non-delivery is wholly or partly due to such circumstances. If timely delivery is not possible, an alternative delivery date will be provided. Special circumstances such as high order volumes, new product releases, or restocking days may also lead to longer delivery times. If this is the case, we will note it on the product page and send a reminder via email.

 

5. What happens if the products are lost during shipping?

In the event that the ordered products do not reach the specified address (when correctly provided) or are lost during the shipping process, we reserve the right to conduct a comprehensive investigation and search that may take up to 30 business days. Within this period, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund or to resend the same products. We will keep you informed of the progress and results of the investigation so that appropriate and reasonable actions can be taken.
