Return & Refund
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We will process your order within 1 day of placing the order; if the order has not yet been dispatched, you can initiate a cancellation within 30 days, which we will respond to within 1 working day, and the refund will be made within 2 working days of the order being cancelled; if the order has already been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@geleipu.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted. In the following cases, the shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by Geleipu or the customer.
1.if the reason for the return is due to our error, Geleipu will bear the cost of the return. Examples of such situations are:
The delivered item is defective and cannot be repaired by spare parts.
We have sent the wrong item.
We have sent it to the wrong address.
We have placed duplicate orders.
This item cannot be used within the 30-day return period. (Customers should install and operate the product correctly according to the instructions in the product manual).
2.for personal reasons, the customer bears the cost of return shipping. Fees vary by region.
Geleipu will provide customers with a prepaid return label and the shipping cost for returning the product will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that for orders where special shipping costs apply, these will be deducted from the actual shipping costs.

There is usually no handling fee for returns. Should an inspection of the parcel etc. be necessary, a separate handling fee will be charged.
Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is faulty or damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and resolve the problem.
Return address Please contact Geleipu Customer Service by e-mail (support@geleipu.com). The postal address will be sent to you by post after you have submitted your enquiry.
You can request a return for a refund if one of the following conditions is met:
If the customer finds that the product has been damaged in transit, they can provide proof of damage within 30 days of receipt of the goods;
Within 30 days of receipt of the goods, the customer discovers that the product deviates significantly from the original product description in one or more important aspects;
Within 30 days of receipt of the goods, the customer discovers that the product has performance defects that are not due to human error. The customer assisted us in conducting all battery tests and both parties confirmed that the product indeed had quality issues.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been authorised. In this case, the customer will automatically receive a refund via the original payment method within 5 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
