Battery - Basic Questions
1. How to choose a battery charger?
1. For 12.8V series batteries, we recommend using a 12.8V LiFePO4 charger with charging current ≤ battery BMS.
2. For 25.6V series battery, we recommend a 25.6V LiFePO4 charger with charging current ≤ BMS of the battery.
2. How many batteries can be connected in series/parallel?
Our battery supports up to 4 identical batteries in series/parallel connection.
3. What is the operating temperature of the battery?
The operating temperature of our battery is between -20℃ to 50℃, and the charging temperature is between 0℃ to 50℃.
4. What is the maximum continuous charge/discharge current of the battery?
This depends on the built-in BMS.
For example, if a 100A BMS is installed in a battery, the maximum continuous charge/discharge current is 100A.
5. Why choose the same brand charger?
The Geleipu charger is perfectly matched to our batteries. If you buy our charger for our batteries, they will work more stable and their lifespan will be extended.
6. How do you choose the right battery?
Check the specific specifications of the battery to see if it is suitable for the devices you want to power with the battery. If you are unsure about compatibility, you can contact us directly on the website geleipu.de or by email: support@geleipu.com.
7. What are the battery terminal screws?
Our 100Ah/200Ah/200Ah Plus/300Ah, 25.6V 100Ah are both equipped with M8-16mm post bolts.
Shipping and Returns
1. Can I change my delivery address?
If the order has not been shipped yet, please contact Geleipu support team to check whether the address in the order can be changed or not. If the order has been shipped, please note that the address in the order cannot be changed.

3. Can you ship to other countries or regions?
Currently geleipu.de only supports shipping to Germany; if you are in other parts of Europe, please visit www.geleipu.com to shop.
4. How much are the shipping costs?
Free shipping on all geleipu products, so you don't have to worry about paying extra shipping costs!
5. What is the return policy?

6. Does Geleipu offer a repair service for its products?
Currently, Geleipu does not offer repair service. If you have a problem with your product, please contact our support team at support@geleipu.com for a specific solution!

Place/Cancel an order
1. What are the reasons for the failure of an order?
Please try to solve the problem using the following methods:
1. Clear the browsing history of your current web browser or try a different browser.
2. You can try to switch between your mobile device and your PC device to place an order and make payment.
2. I want to cancel my order, what do I have to do?
Don't worry! You can cancel your order as long as we haven't started shipping yet.
-If you placed your order while logged into the website, you can cancel it directly under "Your Account > Orders".
-If it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items according to our return policy.
3. Can I pay in installments?
Yes, select Klarna on the checkout page to pay in installments!
4. Can I use more than one voucher code for my order?
Unfortunately not. Maybe you can leave a coupon code for your future orders.
